Jennie has a great passion and flair for all aspects of visual merchandising. The breadth of retail and wholesales experience, combined with her background in Advertising will benefit customers across many levels. Her creativity drives her ability to thrive in design and overcome challenges when problem solving. Jennie is keen to keep retailers focused on the rewards and benefits of heightening their customers experience with current retail and visual merchandising ideas.

Experience
Jennie has over 20 years experience working in sales promotion both in the UK and Australia. Jennie has a background as an Account Manager in below-the-line advertising working with UK brands UK Lotteries, HP Bulmer’s, The Foster’s Group, The Dutch Meat Board and The Jacob’s Bakery.

Her career began in Australia working briefly in retail before commencing a career in Visual Merchandising in 2002. Jennie has previously worked as VM Manager for Henry Bucks, famous for it’s Collins Street windows. She managed the VM team during a major renovation and expansion period. This included a total overhaul of the VM department working closely with the Buying and Marketing team to drive sales to a younger market. Jennie’s experience spans window design and execution, devising brand VM manuals, styling and coordination of photoshoots, fashion parades and VIP nights.

In 2006, her role with an Accessories Wholesaler led to a keen focus on planograms and merchandising driving sales in the major high street retailer DJ’s, Myer, Target, The Just Group and Big W with a merchandising team across Australia and New Zealand.

Since 2013 Jennie has worked as a VM and Retail Consultant to a wide variety of clients across all categories from fashion to sporting goods to health & beauty and has regularly conducted VM seminars and training sessions Australia wide.
